CC4Remarketing GmbH received ISO 14001 certification in December 2019.
All business processes at CC4Remarketing GmbH are based on the principle of sustainability. We enable our customers and suppliers to operate in this way by collecting, refurbishing, and reselling their used IT appliances and ensure the sustainable processing of raw materials, utilities and waste.
The supply of non-renewable raw materials is finite. We are committed to a social position aimed at changing the throwaway mentality and combating the growing shortage of resources.
To underpin these high environmental requirements both internally and externally, it is vital to document them through ISO environmental certification and to make them a binding obligation.
The international standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to enhance environmental performance, fulfil legal and other compliance obligations, and achieve environmental objectives.
The main elements of ISO 14001 are as follows:
- Planning: defining environmental objectives and corresponding measures, responsibilities, and processes
- Implementation: operation of defined measures and processes
- Checking: verification of responsibilities, processes and measures in connection with environmental objectives and guidelines (environment policy) or the organization
- Review: adaptation of responsibilities, processes, and measures and, if necessary, environmental objectives and guidelines
